Stuffed Mushrooms with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. whole mushrooms
- 1 roll of ritz crackers crushed
- 1 cup tiny shrimp cooked (1/2 lb)
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp. dried chives
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. lawry’s seasoned salt
Instructions
- Clean mushrroms. In medium size bowl, combine all ingredients. Stuff mushrooms with mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Turn oven setting to broil, and cook until tops are browned.
