- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

- 8 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 8 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
