Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese soft but still chilled

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Whip until soft peaks form.
  • Add mascarpone cheese and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
