Poblano Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 chiles poblano roasted and cleaned
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 fresh garlic clove

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine sour cream, milk, 3 poblano peppers, garlic clove, and salt. Blend until smooth.
