Chicken and Ham with Clams
- 1 whole chicken cut up into segments
- 1 ham steak cut into cubes
- 1 green bell pepper skinned and cleaned
- 2 large tomatoes chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 can clams in shell
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- In large skillet head olive oil. When shimmering, add chicken and onions and cook until golden brown. Remove from pan. Add ham into drippings and cook for a couple minutes until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Add tomatoes and sliced bell pepper. Sautee for 3-5 minutes. Add chicken and ham and stir until evenly distributed. Add clams on top and simmer for about 30 minutes.
